As a Meta Ads Specialist, you'll take ownership of paid social strategies, create high-converting ad campaigns, and drive measurable business outcomes for top-tier brands. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Audience Network Conduct in-depth audience research and segment targeting using Meta Business Manager Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and scale, focusing on key metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, targeting, and landing pages Collaborate with creative teams to brief and review visuals, copy, and video assets Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes and evolving best practices Must-Have: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data and KPIs Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, and advanced retargeting Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and tools like Google Analytics, Supermetrics, or Looker Studio Excellent written and verbal communication in English Experience working with global brands, eCommerce, or lead generation is a plus Ability to work flexible hours aligned with UK or US time zones Nice-to-Have: Experience with CRM integrations and automations. Experience managing global client accounts. Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Asana, and similar tools
