A progressive rural medical center in Eastern Montana is hiring a Family Medicine Physician and a Pediatrician to serve a loyal community in the picturesque Badlands near Miles City . This is a turn-key opportunity in a supportive, team-oriented environment where work-life balance, community impact, and long-term career growth are all within reach. What You’ll Be Doing Provide primary care to patients of all ages , from newborns to seniors Evaluate and treat acute and chronic illnesses , minor injuries, and perform clinic-based procedures See approximately 16–18 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting Collaborate closely with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners Provide newborn care and attend deliveries as needed (NRP required) Maintain accurate EMR documentation and contribute to quality initiatives Manage treatment plans, prescriptions, and referrals as part of comprehensive patient care Participate in community health initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with hospital staff What We’re Looking For MD or DO from an accredited program Board Certified in Family Medicine or Pediatrics NRP certification (required for both roles) Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Montana 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (but open to recent grads with strong interest in rural medicine) Passion for delivering patient-centered care in a rural community setting
