Role Description: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance, preferably in brokerage insurance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. As part of the consulting team, our Business Analyst will: Analyze and document business requirements for insurance projects Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes. Skills and Experience To qualify for the role you must have: Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a preference for brokerage insurance experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in business analysis tools and software Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Why join Capco?
