If you bring specialized expertise and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Act as a Business analyst in Trading and Market Risk. Collaborate with global teams to deliver technology solutions for risk management and trading platforms. Lead projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Mentor team members and share expertise to strengthen overall team capability. Engage directly with end-users to understand requirements and provide hands-on support. What You Bring Experience: Minimum 5 years in Financial Markets within a financial institution or risk management software company, in client-facing roles. Knowledge: Understanding of Trading and Market Risk concepts and practices. Expertise in derivatives risk and pricing in at least one asset class. Proven track record in technology solution delivery. Education: Solid academic foundation in financial mathematics, statistics, and technology. Skills: SQL (nice to have), Python (nice to have). Familiarity with ADO/JIRA tools. Soft Skills: Adaptive and collaborative in a multicultural environment. Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset. Ability and willingness to mentor others.
