Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your main responsibility is to identify, prospect, and engage key decision-makers via outbound strategies. This is a remote position ideal for driven individuals based in the Balkans who are hungry for success in a global B2B environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls Make 80 to 100 cold calls daily Qualify leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives Research ideal customer profiles and personalize outreach campaigns Maintain detailed activity logs and pipeline updates in the CRM (HubSpot or similar) Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion goals 1+ years of outbound sales or lead generation experience (SaaS/tech preferred) Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging decision-makers Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a remote team Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns
