Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst to support data-related initiatives led by the Chief Data Office (CDO) at a major banking client. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in data governance, privacy, and enterprise data management within the financial services industry. In this role, you will support senior analysts and project teams in delivering data transformation initiatives that improve data quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable better use of data across the organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and data requirements across CDO-related projects. Support the development of data dictionaries, process maps, and data flow documentation. Help track progress of data governance, data privacy, and internal control initiatives. Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders from business and technology teams. Conduct basic data analysis and validation to support decision-making and issue resolution. Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports. Skills and Experience Min 3 years of experience in business analysis, data, or project support roles. Strong interest in data, financial services, and digital transformation. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools; knowledge of data governance or regulatory requirements is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Why join us?
