Job Description Key Responsibilities Define and execute the test strategy across integration, UAT, dual-run, migration dry-runs, and go-live phases. Lead structured defect governance: triage, severity management, root cause analysis, and SLA tracking across multiple stakeholders. Oversee validation of large-scale data remediation outputs and reconciliation between legacy and target platforms. Establish entry/exit criteria, quality KPIs, and executive-level Go/No-Go readiness packs. Drive risk-based testing, automation enablement, and continuous quality improvement across the lifecycle. Ideal Profile 10+ years’ experience in test management within large financial services or regulated enterprise programs. Proven track record leading testing in data-heavy system migrations or MDM implementations. Strong command of enterprise testing frameworks and tooling (e.g., JIRA/Xray, automation frameworks, CI/CD environments, Playwright). Comfortable operating in high-governance, executive-facing environments with multi-year delivery horizons.
