Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Direct supervision and guidance of operational personnel (agents) to maintain high productivity and quality standards. Resource Management: Guarantee efficient management, tracking, and timely provisioning of all necessary supplies, equipment, and materials. Workforce Administration: Accurately manage and track the attendance and working hours of temporary personnel. Quality and Compliance: Enforce and monitor strict adherence to the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all operational areas. Exception Handling: Expedite and process problematic or non-standard items and shipments. Inventory Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of "Zero In Transit" and "Pending forwards" parcels not recorded in the Manifest Unit (MU), specifically concerning Dropshipping and Operational shipments (OP). Reporting and Communication: Proactively document and communicate critical operational data, deviations, or concerns that impact the smooth functioning of the Sorting Center. Ad Hoc Support: Execute additional departmental tasks and initiatives as assigned by the Manager. Required Competencies Professional Acumen: Exceptional rigor, demonstrated autonomy, strong versatility, and highly developed organizational skills. Resilience: Proven ability to maintain performance and composure while managing high-pressure situations and demanding workloads. Technical Proficiency: Expert command of standard office productivity software and relevant departmental tools. Strategic Planning: Excellent capacity for effective priority management and timely decision-making.
