Agile Coach  Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent Enable teams. Shift mindsets. Embed agility where it matters most. The RoleAs an Agile Coach at Capco, you will partner with clients across the financial services sector to enable sustainable Agile ways of working. This role is focused on coaching teams, leaders and organisations to embed Agile mindsets, behaviours and practices - not just frameworks. You’ll work across complex, regulated environments, helping clients move beyond process adoption to meaningful, outcome-led change.
