In this role, you will build strong, long-term partnerships with strategic clients, drive sales performance, and develop category-focused initiatives that strengthen our assortment, visibility, and customer experience. You’ll combine relationship management with data-driven decision-making to deliver sustainable growth and elevate category performance across our platform. What you will be doing Manage and grow key accounts across multiple categories, ensuring strong performance and long-term partnerships. Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with strategic clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Define and execute category-specific commercial strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share. Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and deliver targeted campaigns, promotions, and commercial initiatives. Leverage sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and optimize the category roadmap. Track, analyze, and report on key account KPIs, including sales results, stock/inventory levels, and customer satisfaction. Lead negotiations and close agreements with key accounts, securing win-win outcomes and sustainable terms. Ensure a high-quality client experience by proactively resolving issues and supporting partners in a timely, solution-oriented manner. Stay informed on category trends, competitor moves, and evolving consumer behaviour to inform strategy and recommendations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth execution and reliable fulfilment. What we are looking for Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in a commercial or account management role, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Strong category knowledge, including product understanding and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans. Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and other sales/account management platforms. Solid analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ownership mentality. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
