 IMG are hiring a General Operations Manager, Studios, IMG to act as the main representative for IMG in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provide necessary support to the IMG KSA staff.  Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Being appointed as General Office Manager and registered as a company representative on the Commercial Registration of the company.  Acting as a local representative for IMG, in matters related to bank and company management. Managing all payments through the IMG Saudi bank account, including non-IMG payments. Help to renew the trade license, and other licenses as required.  Assisting with administration related to our company office in Riyadh.  Supporting communications with vendors when there is a clear language barrier.  Acting as a signatory for IMG Saudi. Visiting The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development as requested . Managing VP and SVP travel, accommodation and general T&E when visiting KSA, including reconciling expenses. Organizing and coordinating schedules, meetings and general appointments for visiting VP and SVP’s. Supporting the business development team with new business, RFPs, researching, identifying marketing opportunities and utilizing any existing contacts to introduce IMG global services. Supporting the KSA team with general administrative work, including organizing and filing documents, uploading documents to IMG portals, updating centralized databases (including freelance contacts), organizing visas and entry permits. You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
