Sport 24 is our owned broadcast channel that connects passengers to unmissable, sporting moments in the most unforgettable way – live onboard in the air and at sea.  IMG is looking for a Presentation Scheduler to join our team at Stockley Park, playing a key role in keeping live and recorded sports channels running seamlessly. From building accurate daily presentation schedules to managing adverts, promos, graphics and media through to transmission, this role sits right at the heart of broadcast operations. You’ll collaborate closely with planning, transmission and commercial teams, respond to real-time changes in a live sports environment, and ensure all client and broadcaster SLAs are met. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Create accurate daily presentation schedules, making sure that all adverts, promos, graphics, branding elements and any other transmission instructions are accurate and issued to TX on time Liaise with the Planning Scheduler to ensure programming changes and client instructions are implemented Check schedules prior to release and liaise closely with transmission to ensure smooth running of the daily playlists, re-working playlists where required Identify and upload any missing media to the playout portal Regularly create and review break pattern templates Work closely with all stakeholders to report back on advertising usage and plan future spots to maximise content Liaise with transmission on any changes, errors, overruns, or underruns that may occur and adjust schedules accordingly Data entry of long and short form media Using the scheduling database, run reports on presentation schedules and media as required Download as runs and request compliance recordings as needed Critical understanding of workflows, ensuring media is scheduled and managed from delivery through to transmission and archive Responsible for ensuring all client SLA requirements are met Accurate creation of daily presentation schedules delivered to TX on time Broadcaster satisfaction through scheduling deliverables and communication Meeting all SLA requirements associated with client advertising, sponsorship, etc. Forward planning and preparation of presentation schedules You may also be required to carry out any other duties, which are within the scope and purpose of the job. Skills and Abilities Proficient in using Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Good working knowledge of Scheduling systems Experience of working to daily TX deadlines Excellent team player Excellent time management - reliable and punctual Skilled in accuracy and attention to detail Skilled team player and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines Ability to work well and adapt to the inevitable challenges in a live Sports environment Positive, professional and keen approach to work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) Knowledge and Experience Understanding of programme scheduling – appreciation for editorial content and demands of channel scheduling Understanding of presentation media types and break formats Understanding of both the production and post-production processes Previous experience in a similar role Experience of working with UK broadcasters, understanding of TV industry Interest in all sports, domestic and international Experience of working on a live sports channel in a scheduling / planning role Working Conditions This role is based at Stockley Park This is a permanent contract Working during typical holiday periods (Easter/Christmas) May require late start/finishes and weekend working where applicable Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate #LI-CS1
