About the Role  We’re looking for a motivated Radiologic Technologist eager to expand their skills into screening mammography at an Optum clinic located in Huntington Beach. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your radiology skill set by receiving comprehensive mammography training, perform screening exams, and contribute to a vital imaging program that supports early detection. You’ll receive hands-on training from Imagen’s mammography leadership team as well as access to additional external training programs. By the end of our program, Imagen’s leadership team will ensure you are MSQA compliant and on a path to receiving your ARRT certification in mammography.  Position Details: Schedule: 3x8s Mon-Fri No night or weekend coverage and no on-call requirements! Primary care setting in Huntington Beach, CA. This is NOT a mobile role We offer a competitive pay rate and our comprehensive benefits package including: A generous PTO policy, including paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Annual discretionary performance bonus target of $2,500 Level- and tenure-based promotion bonuses Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance FSA  and a 401k retirement plan CEUs and ARRT certification reimbursement As a Trainee Mammography Technologist, you will: Complete a fully-paid, 40 hour mammography training program plus 8 hours of digital & DBT mammography training Perform 2-D/3-D screening mammography studies upon successful completion of mammography training program and passing of licenses Perform all required QC testing, data entry, and mammography tracking documentation tasks, with comprehensive training provided from the Imagen mammography leadership team Assist patients from check-in through exam completion and provide patients with white glove, compassionate service Enjoy remote and in-person support from the Imagen leadership team who have clinical expertise on the day to day management of program You will love this job if you: Are motivated by the immeasurable impact of screening services and early detection for all patients  Want to join a team that uses cutting edge technology to help you provide the best patient care Are action-oriented and possess a mentality of “no job is too big or too small” Are excited by the opportunity to learn new skills You should get in touch if you: Currently hold an ARRT certification in radiography Currently hold a California CRT license in X-Ray Have 1 or more years of experience performing X-Ray You are able to lift or move 50 pounds unassisted The hourly rate for this position is $45.00 to $55.00/hour. Please note that the hourly range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
