Working closely with Engineering Programme Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure timely delivery by identifying dependencies, critical paths, and resource bottlenecks Responsibilities Create and maintain project, workstream, and programme schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira Support Programme Managers in identifying milestones, dependencies, and critical paths Collaborate with functional leads to optimise resource allocation and avoid over-allocation Document meeting minutes, actions, and decisions from programme reviews Produce Gantt charts and other visual planning tools Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes   Requirements 3+ years’ experience in project or programme scheduling Solid understanding of scheduling principles and methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira) Experience working in global, technical engineering environments Familiarity with Agile practices and engineering development lifecycles Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and flexibility to changing priorities   Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, Graphcore offers flexible working, a generous annual leave policy, private medical insurance and health cash plan, a dental plan, pension (matched up to 5%), life assurance and income protection.
