Imagen Technologies, a comprehensive diagnostic imaging provider, is seeking a Locum Breast Radiologist to provide approximately 10 weeks of on-site coverage per year across select outpatient imaging centers. This position offers an opportunity to practice high-quality breast imaging in a collaborative, patient-focused environment - without hospital call, weekends, or nights. Primary Responsibilities: Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI (as applicable) Perform image-guided breast biopsies Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support timely, coordinated patient care Provide coverage across multiple clinic locations, including Wilmington, NC; Knoxville, TN; Las Vegas, NV; Seattle, WA, and other partner sites as needed Role Details: Job Type: Locum (ongoing assignment) Schedule: Approximately 10 weeks/year Setting: Outpatient radiology and breast imaging centers Call: None - no evenings, weekends, or overnights Support: Backed by Imagen’s national network of fellowship-trained radiologists Compensation & Benefits: Daily Rate: $3,000 - $4,500 per on-site shift Incentives: Additional bonuses for scheduling flexibility and early availability Travel: Fully reimbursed, including airfare, lodging, and local transportation Qualifications: ABR or AOBR Board Certification required Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred (but not required) Minimum 2 years of post-training experience in Women’s Imaging preferred Why Join Imagen: Integrated Breast Care Program: Work within a dedicated breast diagnostic center offering advanced 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and MRI - all within a coordinated, multidisciplinary care model alongside surgeons and oncologists. The daily rate for this position ranges from $3,000 - $4,500 / day. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
