ERP & Business Systems Support IFS development, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance Assist with enhancements and issue resolution across ERP-related workflows Coordinate application changes with business users and IT leadership Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with the client’s IT/IS team on prioritization and solution design Document integrations, workflows, and application configurations Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives related to applications and automation Experience supporting or developing within IFS Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based teams Nice to Have Experience working in complex enterprise environments Exposure to business process automation initiatives Familiarity with application integration best practices and documentation standards
