Role Details: Type: 1099 or W2 Setting: Fully remote, supporting acute care and outpatient centers Schedule: 7-on/14-off  Shift Options: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm Primary Modalities: X-ray, Ultrasound, MRI, and CT - Custom work lists based on capabilities Compensation & Benefits: Total Earning Potential: $350K - $950K annually (base + productivity incentives) Bonuses: Starting and retention bonuses for radiologists beginning January 2026 Malpractice coverage CME and licensure reimbursement Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance and FSA options Ideal Candidate: ABR or AOBR board-certified Minimum 2 years of post-training experience - preferred Fellowship training preferred Comfortable interpreting a broad range of modalities About Imagen: Imagen’s mission is simple: to ensure every patient receives the right diagnosis at the right time. The salary range for this role is $350,000 - $950,000 / year. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
