Imagen is seeking a full-time, board-certified Breast Imager to build and lead our on-site breast imaging program for a leading multispecialty outpatient group in Wilmington, NC. This role is ideal for a radiologist who wants to be the cornerstone of a growing breast service line and help define clinical standards, workflows, and culture. You will practice comprehensive breast imaging in a modern, non-hospital setting, supported by a collaborative clinical team, advanced technology, and Imagen’s physician-led radiology group. Your Day-to-Day Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms Perform and interpret diagnostic breast ultrasounds Champion quality initiatives and workflow optimization across the imaging team What You Bring ABR-certified (or equivalent); fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred but not required Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building and expanding a growing onsite breast imaging program Strong communication and collaboration skills Active medical license (or ability to obtain) in applicable states Desire to be part of a patient-facing, team-oriented outpatient environment What We Offer Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits (W-2) $50,000 in starting/retention bonuses Malpractice coverage including tail Licensing and credentialing support Robust administrative and IT infrastructure so you can focus on clinical care The base salary for the position is $500,000 - $800,000 / year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
