Reporting to the APAC VP of Sales, you will spearhead all business development and market expansion initiatives, ensuring StackAdapt’s continued leadership across Hong Kong and the GBA. Key Deliverables Deep understanding of the Hong Kong domestic media and advertising industry Experience working with Chinese Export advertisers across the Greater Bay Area Strong familiarity with holdco agencies and brand advertisers StackAdapt is a remote first company, however our Sales teams are regionalized. For this role we are prioritizing candidates located in Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area What You'll Be Doing: Team Leadership Hire, train, and lead a team of Sales Managers responsible for selling to brands and marketing agencies. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management with clear goals, KPIs, and coaching frameworks. Ensure your team has the resources, tools, and knowledge required to succeed in a competitive, high-growth environment. Market Strategy & Business Growth Design, share, and execute a regional sales strategy that accelerates growth across Hong Kong and the GBA. Secure key new clients and expand revenue with existing advertisers and agencies. Partner closely with finance, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to scale our market footprint in the region. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and financial teams to align on market needs, address challenges, and shape product roadmaps. Collaborate with Client Services peers to build a world-class customer operating model that ensures excellence in service delivery and customer experience. Client & Industry Engagement Support team members in pitching StackAdapt to key clients and prospects, both virtually and in person, to close meaningful and strategic deals. Demonstrate deep expertise in programmatic media strategies, brand and agency media buying processes, and the broader digital advertising landscape. Leverage strong industry relationships to strengthen StackAdapt’s presence within the Hong Kong and GBA markets. Continuous Improvement & Enablement Identify actionable insights and design development programs to elevate team performance in partnership with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations. Foster a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and high performance. What You'll Bring to the Table Industry Expertise Deep understanding of the Hong Kong advertising and media ecosystem. Experience working with Chinese Export advertisers within the Greater Bay Area. Strong relationships with agencies—both holdco and independent—as well as brand advertisers. Leadership & Commercial Experience Proven leadership experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales or account teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth with brands and agencies. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities. Programmatic Knowledge Passion for and deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, data-driven strategies, and the evolving digital ecosystem.
