About the Data Delivery Team: The Data Delivery team is part of the Stats & Analytics Core Services team within the backend engineering organization. We build scalable and reliable data systems that power reporting, billing, pacing, and analytics across the platform using a modern stack including Golang, Kafka, TiDB, and more.Data Delivery focuses on turning foundational data into trusted, customer-facing data products. Working closely with product managers and the Web Platform team, the team builds data pipelines and APIs that make data accessible, reliable, and actionable for both internal teams and advertisers.   This role is open at both the Staff and Senior levels, with scope and expectations aligned to experience and impact. If you enjoy building customer-facing data systems and partnering closely with product teams, this role is for you. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada for this position. What you'll be doing: Leading projects by partnering with product and engineering teams across requirements, design, implementation, and delivery Building highly scalable, distributed real-time micro-services to power dashboards, reporting, and analytics Designing and developing ETL pipelines that enrich data and generate business-oriented insights  Working with large data sets in TiDB, Redshift, Vitess, with future opportunities working with Iceberg, StarRocks, and Trino  Optimizing data models, pipelines, and queries for performance and efficiency We'll be reaching out to candidates that have: 5+ years of experience as a backend software engineer Interest in working with product teams to refine requirements and deliver features Experience building scalable micro-services and distributed systems Strong problem solving skills in data structures, algorithms, and optimization Hands-on experience working with relational databases and/or key-value stores Bonus: Experience interpreting and working with data  StackAdapter's Enjoy: Highly competitive salary Retirement/ 401K/ Pension Savings globally Competitive Paid time off packages including birthday's off!
