We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant (Filipino) to fully own the accounting operations for a portfolio of approximately four properties, with additional assets expected to be added over the next several months. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate accountant who is confident working independently, takes ownership of their work, and can manage end-to-end property accounting with minimal supervision. You will work closely with internal stakeholders while supporting a fast-growing asset portfolio, ensuring accurate books, timely closes, and reliable financial reporting at the property level. Job Responsibilities: Own full-cycle accounting for assigned real estate assets (initially ~4 properties) Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledgers Perform month-end and year-end close processes by property Produce complete and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) per asset Reconcile bank accounts and property-level accounts regularly Maintain accurate records within Yardi Breeze Ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple properties and entities Collaborate with internal team members and external partners as needed Support accounting scalability as new assets are acquired Other tasks as assigned 4+ years of experience in real estate or property accounting Proven experience managing accounting for multiple properties or assets Strong hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Experience using Yardi Breeze or similar property management accounting systems Highly independent self-starter who “owns” their work and delivers with minimal oversight Strong attention to detail and accountability Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills
