Company Description Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines.  The Recruitment Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our recruitment process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks to help us find and hire top talent for our company. Job Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job boards, professional networks, and social media. Craft job descriptions that highlight company culture and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews. Conduct interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process. Manage candidate expectations, timelines, and the onboarding process. Assist with recruitment reports and related administrative duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Hours: Full-time, Eastern Standard Time business hours, Remote Pay: $5/hr, DOE With at least 1-2 years of experience in HR for Recruitment Candidate must be physically situated in NCR or surrounding cities. Proficient in MS Office application Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
