We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a mandatory Lean Six Sigma certification to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize processes, and drive measurable performance improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, process mapping, root cause analysis) to improve operational efficiency Identify process gaps, eliminate waste, and implement scalable solutions Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication Track KPIs and ensure projects meet quality, cost, and performance targets Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with business objectives Lean Six Sigma Certification (any belt required) 3+ years of project management experience Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and data-driven decision making Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
