The ideal candidate will have extensive experience not only in building dynamic web applications but also in designing the underlying structures that ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability across our JavaScript ecosystem. Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Define and implement high-level structures and design patterns for front-end and full-stack applications. Framework Strategy: Evaluate and select the most appropriate JavaScript frameworks (React) based on project requirements and scalability goals. Code Excellence: Set standards for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, conducting high-level code reviews. Performance Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability. Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and architectural visions. Tech Scouting: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation within our Hubs. Requirements Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on JavaScript environments. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Deep expertise in at least one major framework (React, Node) and its ecosystem. Proven experience in designing RESTful APIs and managing complex front-end build tools and CI/CD integrations. English is not required for this position. Desirable Expert knowledge of TypeScript. Experience with back-end technologies, specifically Node.js, to support full-stack architectural decisions. Proficiency in Micro-frontends and module federation.
