We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us! Responsibilities Provide timely and efficient onsite technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong client relationships. Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system. Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance. Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of hardware and software. Work closely with the remote support team and other IT staff to resolve complex issues and implement solutions. Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a field service capacity. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. Ability to lift and carry computer equipment, and perform tasks that may require physical exertion. Fluency in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
