We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences. ! This role lasts initially until the end of September 2026 with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation. Tasks and Responsibilities Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, and room bookings to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Provide on-boarding and off-boarding support for employees and contractors. Support the planning and execution of leadership events, townhalls, and team meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, expense reimbursements, and related logistics. Handle general office logistics, including stationery and administrative supplies. Raise invoices and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in line with internal processes Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with candidates and stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact for vendor coordination and communication Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Experience in administrative, coordination, or office support roles Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Confidence in coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders Comfortable managing logistics, scheduling, and administrative systems Fluency in English (written and spoken). Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
