We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with Romanian to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences. ! This role lasts initially until the end of January 2027 with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation. Tasks and Responsibilities Act as a Pre-boarding Country Specialist, supporting end-to-end pre employment activities for assigned locations. Create, issue, and manage offer letters in the local language, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Initiate, track, and monitor employment checks, including background, drug, and medical screenings where required, and flag discrepancies to the Team Lead for review and documentation. Ensure all candidate data and documentation are handled in accordance with confidentiality, data protection, and compliance policies. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to deliver smooth and professional candidate experience. Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to ensure operational excellence within the Global TA Coordination team. 1+ year of coordination or administrative experience within a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function. High level of attention to detail, with strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred. Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment. Experience with HR systems such as Workday is an advantage. Exposure to pre-boarding activities such as contract generation, global mobility, or visa processing is desirable. Ability to manage local and global stakeholders in a remote working environment, demonstrating a proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach. University-level degree strongly preferred. Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken. Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
