For more information, visit itac.us.com. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a single industrial site. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed. Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material. Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software. Journeyman's or Masters card from VA. Salary: $76,960.00 to $79,040.00 yearly. (Based on experience)
