OOCAは、急成長するタイの遠隔医療プラットフォームを提供する最大のメンタルヘルスケア企業です。私たちは、技術に精通した遠隔心理学者をチームに迎え入れることを検討しています。 遠隔心理学者として、患者ケアチームと協力して個別のケアを提供し、患者の治療計画を策定します。先進の遠隔医療技術を活用して高品質なサービスを提供し、患者のプライバシーと機密性を確保します。この職務には専門的な成長、教育、研究の機会も提供されます。 ----------------------------------- 主な業務と責任: 初回患者評価の実施と個別の治療計画の策定 遠隔で提供されるエビデンスに基づいた患者中心の心理的介入 ケアチームの他のメンバーと協力して跨学科のケアを提供 正確な患者記録の維持と患者情報の機密性の確保 同僚との相談や監督ミーティングへの参加 遠隔心理学の分野での知識とスキルの継続的な更新 企業主催の会議、ワークショップ、トレーニングセッションへの参加 日本語ネイティブスピーカーまたはJLPT（日本語能力試験）N2レベル 英語でコミュニケーションができること カウンセリング心理学または関連分野の博士号 心理学者としての現地の免許 遠隔心理的サービスの提供経験が少なくとも2年以上 遠隔手段でエビデンスに基づいた心理的介入を提供する能力の実証 認知、性格、および診断的手法を含む評価ツールに精通していること 異なるバックグラウンドを持つ患者との信頼関係を築くための強力なコミュニケーションスキル チームと独立して働く能力
