OOCAは、タイ最大のメンタルヘルスケア組織で、同情心豊かで経験豊富なテレサイキアトリストを募集しています。OOCAのテレサイキアトリストとして、遠隔医療を通じて心理健康ケアを必要とする患者に対して精神科評価、診断、治療計画を提供する責任があります。患者が最高品質のケアを受けるために、メンタルヘルスプロフェッショナルのチームと協力します。これはリモートポジションであり、在宅勤務をしながら必要な方々に重要なメンタルヘルスサービスを提供できます。 -------------------------------------- 職務内容: • 遠隔医療を通じて患者に対する精神科評価と診断を提供する。 • 個々の患者のニーズに基づいて治療計画を立案し実施する。 • 患者の進捗をモニタリングし、必要に応じて治療計画を調整する。 • 他の医療専門家と協力して包括的な患者ケアを確保する。 • 詳細かつ正確な患者記録を維持する。 • 必要に応じて臨床監督とチームミーティングに参加する。 • 精神科の分野での最新の研究と開発について常に更新する。 日本語ネイティブスピーカーまたはJLPT（日本語能力試験）N2レベル。 英語でコミュニケーションができること。 精神科でのボード認定またはボード資格を有すること。 居住地と患者がいる州で有効な医療免許を所有すること。 少なくとも3年以上の精神医療の経験。 テレメディシンプラットフォームに精通していること。 強力なコミュニケーションおよび人間関係構築能力。 リモート環境で効果的に働く能力。 患者ケアの最高水準を維持するためのコミットメント。
