Part Time and PRN Visits - HCY, Private Care Nurse & Veteran Affairs Nurse Springfield, MO and surrounding areas Pay Range: $30-$40 per visit We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Private Duty Care and VA departments to cover In-Home visits and to work with our Healthy Children & Youth program performing assessments and reassessments. This position will be responsible for aide oversight visits and routine nursing visits; including medication set ups and maintaining the plane of care. Responsibilities: Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments Opens new cases & obtains all related consents, documentation & deposits in accordance with company policy Observes, records & reports reaction to treatment & any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed. Follow state approved care plan.
