What Your Days Look Like Matching caregivers to clients with care, accuracy, and intention Coordinating schedules that actually work — for everyone involved Being a trusted point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers Answering calls, problem-solving on the fly, and keeping things moving Interviewing and onboarding new caregivers who want to make a difference Keeping client information organized, complete, and compliant Stepping in when plans change — because in home care, flexibility matters What We’re Looking For Previous scheduling experience and caregiving experience a plus!
