Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist This role supports quality care by ensuring billing are accurate, timely, and compliant across the Enterprise. The Revenue Cycle Billig Specialist is part of Revenue Cycle Management and plays an important role in keeping operations running smoothly. This position requires accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Responsible For Billing Submit claims accurately and on time in accordance with Medicare and payer regulations Complete required pre-bill audits and correct errors before submission Identify and resolve billing issues using aging reports, EOBs, and payer correspondence Recognize payment discrepancies based on contracted rates Maintain HIPAA compliance Communicate clearly and professionally with peers and leadership Perform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Previous experience in medical billing strongly preferred Knowledge of medical payer rules, including Medicare Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Basic bookkeeping skills Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others Professional and courteous attitude Why Phoenix We believe accurate billing matters just as much as compassionate care.
