Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Sous Chef Maintain high standards of food hygiene and sanitation Help with inventory management and proper storage of food supplies Participate in menu planning and preparation of daily specials Contribute to the presentation of dishes to ensure a visually appealing outcome Support the kitchen team during service hours and assist where needed 1+ years of experience in a culinary role or relevant training Passion for food and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
