As a Receptionist, you are responsible for welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and special requests in a professional and personable manner. You communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that great quality service is provided to guests with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and tact Manage reservations and ensure accurate and up-to-date information Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines Proficient in using computer systems and hotel software Knowledge of local attractions and services Fluency in English and German, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
