Responsibilities Set up and maintain buffet stations, ensuring they are stocked and visually appealing Monitor food quality and freshness, and replenish items as needed Ensure clean and organized presentation of all buffet offerings Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Clean and wipe down surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate menu changes and food availability Previous experience in a buffet or food service role preferred Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Attention to detail and a passion for food presentation Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
