YOUR NEW ROLE This role supports all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide a quality service to NDIS Participants. This role can be based at our Brisbane office. As the NDIS Administrator your responsibilities will include: · Monitoring the Disability Services Mailbox, setting up new case referrals, creating Service Agreements · Update and process NDIS invoices, follow up and chase outstanding invoices · Quality check cases to ensure all required information is in the case · management of enquiries, Therapists and Consultant calendars and Participant bookings · sending reports and letter on behalf of Therapists and Consultants · You will also be responsible for Petty cash, stationary orders and ad hoc admin duties as required WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US · A friendly personality and be adaptable, highly efficient and above all, a team player · High attention to detail and time management skills · NDIS knowledge and experience desirable · Prior experience working in the Allied Health industry would be an advantage · Medical administration experience desirable · Proficient in all Microsoft office applications · Strong written and verbal communication skills WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US?
