Your duties in Logistics: Taking care of our in- and outbound transports from A to Z, documentation, information, clarification, delivering full service support Providing support and guidance for all questions and challenges concerning our logistics structures and special requirements, like IATA, ADR, etc. related topics Continuous improvement of our processes and services, always striving to perform better than yesterday Your duties in Procurement: Performing strong and reliable services in purchasing, processing purchase requests and handling all quests on the way to delivery, including documentation, negotiations, claim management and KPI analysis Procurement support in projects of all scales, providing expert advice and assistance for our teams Vendor management, building and managing durable and trustful relationships with our vendors Commercial education, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Purchasing with 1-3 years of professional experience in a business environment Team player with a high sense of service and cross-team collaboration Internal and external communication and presentation skills Fluent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus Qualification as authorized person for dangerous goods and other freight service related authorizations, preferably chemicals or customs, is desired but not mandatory
