Responsibilities Build and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and acquire new customers Set and monitor individual and team goals, providing ongoing coaching and support Review and evaluate daily sales activities to maintain team performance Coach and train the team to develop sales skills and product knowledge Understand customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly Coordinate with marketing and other departments to promote campaigns and increase sales opportunities Use tools such as CRM and Microsoft Teams to manage customers and track business opportunities Comply with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices in sales operations Proficient in English or Chinese , with excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing At least 5 years of sales experience in the Forex industry , or at least 2 years of team management experience in the Forex industry A hardworking, honest, and patient individual in their work
