We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic  Junior Partnerships Manager  to join our expanding team in  Melbourne . This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start or build a career in the  FX/CFD industry , working alongside an experienced global team. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and business partners. Support the onboarding process and help maintain positive, long-term relationships. Act as a point of contact for partners, providing prompt and professional communication. Help resolve partner queries and ensure a smooth ongoing collaboration. Support the monitoring of partner activity, including new client sign-ups, trading volume, and performance results. Prepare regular reports and updates for management. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing activities, events, and campaigns that help partners grow their networks. Contribute ideas for improving partner engagement and acquisition. Assist in maintaining partner records, agreements, and documentation in line with company standards. Ensure activities align with TMGM’s compliance and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth.
