Job description : We’re looking for a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to help promote and sell our coaching services, business events, and entrepreneurial workshops. You’ll also be expected to identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines, ensuring clients are fully supported in their business and personal growth journey. Responsibilities: Actively engage new leads through outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries Present and sell coaching programs, workshops, and events with confidence and enthusiasm Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and programs that complement client goals Support event coordination and attend occasional weekend business expos or seminars Maintain accurate client data in our CRM Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation efforts Consistently meet or exceed sales goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Bonus opportunities Commission pay Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday 10am-7pm Weekends as needed What You Bring: Previous sales or customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual – English and Spanish required Highly motivated and results-driven personality Ability to work flexible hours and attend events as needed Passion for entrepreneurship, personal development, and empowering others Education: High School Diploma
