Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and re-engage missed appointments. Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally. Record client interactions and manage follow-up activities in the CRM system. Processing Assistant Responsibilities: Assist agents and clients throughout the insurance application process. Gather and verify required client information and signatures. Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and ready for submission. Help streamline the approval process to ensure families receive coverage as quickly as possible.
