Responibilities: Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer needs. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure that the development team is delivering the right products. Conduct market and customer research to gather insights and validate product ideas. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of finance solutions. Ensure that the finance portfolio is aligned with Siam Makro's overall business strategy. Provide leadership and direction to the development team to ensure that they are able to deliver high-quality products. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of the finance portfolio. Work with the development team to ensure that the finance solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field Experience as a finance Product Owner or finance consultant Ability to speak Thai Strong understanding of treasury and order-to-cash, accounting, record to report, and statutory reporting. Experience in procurement-to-pay (P2P) digitalization and transaction processing is a plus. Knowledge and experience in KYB/KYC/KYM is desirable. Experience with Oracle EPM/EBS suite applications is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
