Job Opening: Recruiter Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (US hrs - 9am-5pm EST) Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and support them throughout the hiring process. Screen resumes and conduct interviews, assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies based on recruitment metrics and feedback. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback throughout the hiring process. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a passion for finding the right talent for the right roles.
