Role Overview: We are seeking a hybrid Web Developer : Webflow & Framer Designer/Developer who can translate creative concepts into highly polished, responsive, and interactive web experiences. This role blends design, animation, and no-code development, requiring someone who can execute visually compelling layouts while building technically sound systems inside Webflow and Framer. Your Impact In this role, you will bring brand concepts to life, create conversion-optimized digital experiences, and build scalable systems that support growth. You’ll own projects from concept to launch, ensuring that every site shipped meets high standards in design, performance, accessibility, and usability. Core Responsibilities: Translate Figma/brand concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow and Framer websites Implement interactions, animations, and component systems (no-code and custom code) Build, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user performance and conversion Apply SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques Manage projects end-to-end, including QA, debugging, and post-launch improvements Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing leaders to ensure consistency Monitor platform updates (Webflow Designer/Logic, Framer AI, etc.) and propose improvements Must-Haves (Required) 3+ years of professional experience in web design and development Strong portfolio of Webflow and/or Framer builds with advanced interactions Ability to design independently—solid typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy Comfort using no-code tools combined with custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) Experience with animation libraries: GSAP, Lottie, Rive Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) Fluency in responsive design, web standards, and accessibility SEO implementation experience (titles, metas, schema, redirects, etc.) Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across time zones Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) Previous agency experience or client-facing project ownership Experience with additional CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) Knowledge of CMS-driven and dynamic content structures Familiarity with GitHub/version control for code exports Who strongly shares our core values Tools Proficiency Must-Haves (Required) Webflow Framer Figma GSAP Lottie Rive HTML/CSS/JavaScript A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) WordPress Wix Squarespace GitHub Additional animation tools or libraries
