Role Overview: As a Creative Content Associate (Video-Focused) , you’ll be at the center of Pearl Talent’s video content engine. This role goes beyond editing—you’ll help  conceptualize, strategize, and produce high-impact video content  designed to perform across social media platforms and support revenue-generating initiatives. You’ll own video execution end-to-end, from ideation to final cut, while also guiding Multimedia Design interns and elevating the overall creative bar. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to make content engaging, shareable, and performance-driven—not just aesthetic. Key Responsibilities Strategize and create video content that performs well across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Edit short-form and long-form videos that align with Pearl Talent’s brand, voice, and marketing goals. Develop net-new content ideas with strong viral and revenue-generating potential. Create “infomercial-style” videos during slower periods to support product, hiring, or marketing initiatives. Lead and support Multimedia Design interns by providing clear editing direction, creative feedback, and quality standards. Support occasional filming and documentation needs, including end-of-month content shoots when applicable. Must-Haves 2+ years of professional experience in video content creation or editing. Strong portfolio showcasing video storytelling, editing skills, and performance-driven content. Proficiency in motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects Demonstrated ability to create engaging, shareable, and potentially viral video content. Strong creative instincts paired with a growth and revenue mindset. Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality output consistently. Nice-to-Haves Experience operating filming or production equipment (camera, lighting, audio). Ability to attend monthly co-working or filming sessions at  Rockwell, Makati  (end-of-month). Familiarity with brand systems, content strategy, or startup-focused content. Experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives or interns.
