About the Company Our client is a growing real estate and custom homebuilding organization operating within the residential construction and design industry. They focus on crafting high-quality, accessible homes that bring families’ visions of homeownership to life through thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and a strong emphasis on customer experience. Role Overview The Social Media Manager will lead the brand’s presence across major digital channels, transforming construction milestones, design features, and homeowner stories into compelling narratives. Operating within the real estate and homebuilding industry, this role blends creative storytelling with strategic execution to elevate brand visibility and community engagement. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and project teams to source authentic content and showcase the company’s projects. This role is ideal for someone who is visually driven, highly organized, data-informed, and passionate about architecture, design, or residential building. Your Impact You will drive measurable growth across the company’s digital footprint by creating content that increases engagement, strengthens community loyalty, and supports lead-generation efforts. Your work will directly enhance brand perception and help prospective homeowners feel connected to the company’s mission. By analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategy, you will improve the efficiency and ROI of social content. Your efforts will help unify storytelling across platforms and drive consistent visibility for ongoing projects and completed builds. Core Responsibilities Social Strategy & Execution Develop and refine a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand and marketing goals. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and cross-platform distribution. Ensure content supports audience growth, engagement, and lead-generation objectives. Content Creation & Curation Produce original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Create multimedia assets including short-form videos, walkthroughs, testimonials, and design features. Manage the content calendar and maintain consistent brand visuals and messaging. Community Engagement Respond promptly and professionally to community comments and messages. Foster an informative and welcoming online environment. Surface high-value inquiries and pass qualified leads to sales teams. Analytics & Optimization Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and CTR. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Use insights to refine content strategy and support continuous improvement. Trend & Competitive Monitoring Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices. Monitor content trends within real estate, design, and homebuilding niches. Recommend new content formats to maintain a competitive digital presence. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with sales and project managers to gather raw content from construction sites and completed homes. Ensure storytelling aligns with marketing objectives and real-time project updates. Must-Haves (Required) 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. Native or near-native English communication skills. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Proficiency with content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong design and visual storytelling sensibilities. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or interior design. Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager). Strong short-form video editing capabilities.
