Role Overview The Full-Cycle Recruiter owns the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, connecting high-quality candidates with growing companies across multiple industries. This role spans intake and role scoping, sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer management, and placement support—requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build strong talent pipelines, assess candidate fit, and manage hiring processes through successful placement. Through effective sourcing, screening, and candidate experience management, you help reduce hiring friction and improve hiring quality. Your ability to manage pipelines and stakeholder relationships ensures consistent talent flow and strong hiring partnerships. Core Responsibilities Client Partnership & Needs Assessment — 15% Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and success profiles Conduct intake discussions to clarify expectations, skills, and hiring priorities Provide market insights to support realistic hiring strategies Build trusted, consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strategic Sourcing & Talent Attraction — 25% Develop sourcing strategies across roles and industries Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and referrals Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Execute Boolean search strategies and personalized outreach to engage passive candidates Candidate Screening & Assessment — 25% Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews Perform structured interviews to assess experience, skills, and role fit Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignment Document candidate assessments and provide clear feedback to stakeholders Interview Coordination & Process Management — 15% Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and hiring teams Prepare candidates and interviewers for each stage of the process Manage candidate communication and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout Offer Management & Closing — 10% Partner with stakeholders to support offer preparation and presentation Manage candidate communications through offer acceptance Support smooth handoff for onboarding and placement completion Pipeline Management & Reporting — 5% Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS Track candidates across recruitment stages Monitor pipeline health and identify process bottlenecks Process Optimization & Quality Assurance — 5% Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and quality Maintain consistent recruitment standards and documentation Stay current on recruitment tools, trends, and best practices Must-Haves (Required) 1–2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting Proven full-cycle recruitment experience from sourcing through offer stage Experience recruiting for US-based roles or companies Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Excellent written and verbal English communication skills High attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice to-Haves (Preferred) Experience recruiting across multiple industries (technology, healthcare, finance, operations, marketing) Agency recruitment or multi-client experience Startup or high-growth environment exposure Experience recruiting contractors or international talent Advanced Boolean search and sourcing techniques Familiarity with recruitment marketing, AI tools, or automation Tools Proficiency Must-Haves (Required) Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Communication tools (Gmail/Outlook, Slack, Zoom or Google Meet) Calendar and scheduling tools (Google Calendar or Outlook) Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) ATS platforms (Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, BambooHR, iCIMS) Job boards and sourcing platforms (Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, Kalibrr, Wellfound) Sourcing and contact tools (Boolean search, Hunter.io, RocketReach, Lusha) Assessment and screening tools CRM and reporting tools AI tools for sourcing, screening, and outreach
