We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to focus on lead analysis and campaign performance. The ideal candidate will track lead quality, evaluate marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI. • Analyze marketing campaigns to track lead generation and qualification. • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, traffic, ROI, and lead quality. • Prepare dashboards and reports using MetaBase. • Evaluate campaign performance across digital channels and provide actionable recommendations. • Stay updated on AI tools used in marketing analysis. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports. • Collaborate with marketing teams to guide data-driven decisions and improve strategy. Required Skills & Qualifica Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in marketing analysis, lead tracking, or a similar role. Strong expertise with advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Proficiency in MetaBase for analytics, data visualization, and reporting. Solid understanding of databases, data structures, and data management principles. Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for marketing analysis and optimization. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
