Role Purpose: We’re on the lookout for a highly organized yet wildly passionate marketer to join our professional haircare family, where creativity meets care — and every day is a good hair day. As our Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll bring our professional haircare brands to life online, in-store, in-salon, and even in Sephora — turning bright ideas into real results (and having fun while doing it).  Bring the Brand to Life Dream up and execute fun, fresh campaigns that connect with consumers through digital, retail, salon, and Sephora channels. Turn global directions into locally relevant stories that spark excitement. E-Commerce and Social Media Manage our brand presence across social media and e-commerce platforms. Create online mechanics, homepage features, and paid campaigns (META) that convert browsers into buyers. Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to boost reach and traffic. Track performance and find new ways to grow visibility and sales. Retail & In-store Activations Plan and execute marketing initiatives that increase footfall to physical stores. Work with Sephora and retail teams to ensure the brand shines on-shelf and in experience. Plan and execute CRM and EDM initiatives, from mapping customer journeys and segmentation to crafting engaging email content and managing campaign blasts. Collaborate with KOLs to boost reach and traffic to store. Build Buzz Through PR & KOLs Partner with media, influencers, and creators to tell authentic brand stories. Manage seeding, media kits, and launch events that feel exciting and premium. Team Up Across Functions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns roll out seamlessly across all touchpoints. Share ideas, feedback, and celebrate wins together, because great results come from great teamwork. More than 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or haircare industry. Proven experience in retail marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.  Familiarity with retail, e-commerce and omnichannel retailing. Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior. Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable to fast-moving projects. Passionate about beauty, haircare, and creating meaningful consumer experiences. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
